Challenge
Import agents promoting IVSA Buyers’ Salons often struggled to create polished, on-brand invitations for their buyer networks. Many resorted to screenshots or basic email templates that didn’t reflect the professionalism of the event or their own portfolio.

Solution
We built a self-serve web tool that lets agents create event-ready invitations in minutes — no design skills required.
With the Invite Customizer, agents can:

  • Personalize: Create your own personal greeting or use a provided suggestion.

  • Event Details: No cutting and pasting, no chance of getting the date or time wrong, just select the event(s) you’re inviting to and all the details will be provided.

  • Preview live: See the invitation update instantly as they type.

  • Social Media Aware: Use channel-specific rules for creating social posts.

  • Copy to Clipboard: Once click  and paste into your email – instant invitation!
