Streamlining Payroll with a Custom App

One of our recent projects was a custom app for a mortgage brokerage company that integrated web forms and desktop Excel for payroll services. The client needed an efficient way to process and track employee payroll, and they wanted a solution that was easy to use and accessible from any device.

    Customizeable Payroll Reporting

    We worked closely with the client to understand their needs and developed a solution that met their requirements. The app was built using web forms for data entry and Excel for data analysis and reporting. The web forms allowed payees from multiple sub franchises to easily input their commission requests and the Excel sheets provided a clear overview of payroll information for the management team.

    The desktop app automatically backs up payroll data, calculates complicated revenue shares, allows for the automated creation and distribution of commission statements and allows for customizable financial reports. 

    The system integrates imported bank statements, imported commission statements and payment requests. With this App, the client is able to reconcile their bank statement with incoming and outgoing payments, streamlining a process that had been previously labour intensive.

    Overall, the custom app was a success and greatly improved the efficiency of the client’s payroll process. The client was thrilled with the final product and has continued to use it for their payroll needs. This project is a testament to our team’s ability to create custom solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
